Happy Holidays! Please allow extra time when ordering custom sized holiday bandanas and ruffles - our current production time is about 3-5 business days. 

► We are taking a break for Thanksgiving beginning Saturday, November 18 through Sunday, November 26 and will be available to answer questions. Orders of ready to ship items will be mailed promptly; made to order items will begin production on Monday, November 27, 2017.

► Our last order day for Christmas is Sunday, December 10, 2017  and our last shipping day before Christmas is Monday, December 18, 2017

How can I pay for my order?

We accept PayPal as well as secure credit card payments including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. 

If you use a credit card, you will see a payment to SEWAMAZIN on your monthly statement.

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through our secure payment processors, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number. We ship your order to the address you provide. 

 

Sales Tax

 New Jersey residents please add 6.875% sales tax. 

 

Returns/Exchanges:

I take pride in the quality of my work and try to ensure my creations will stand up to expected use, but if something does not meet your expectations, please contact me so we can work something out. For dog bandanas and ruffles, if the size is not right, I can usually exchange them for a better fit, as long as they have not been worn.

If one of my fabric creations does not stand up to normal wear and tear, I will repair or replace it, up to one year from the original purchase date.
