Packaging & Shipping
It's our Anniversary! For the month of April, enjoy free shipping on U.S. orders of $50 or more - no coupon code required!
Depending on the size of your order, items will be packed in a protective, resealable clear bag or zippered polybag and will be shipped inside a regular mailer or padded bubble mailer. If necessary, large orders are shipped in a cardboard box.
We strive to use packing and shipping supplies made of recycled or compostable materials as often as possible.
US Domestic Shipping
Unless noted otherwise in the item description, I ship all items using USPS First Class Package Service with USPS Tracking (formerly called Delivery Confirmation).
Orders of ready-to-ship items are mailed after a cleared payment is received, usually within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday.
Custom items, pet bandanas and scrunchie neck ruffles are made to order so please allow extra time for delivery, especially before holidays.
► I combine shipping on purchases of multiple items sent to a single address. If you place an order in two or more of my shops within 24 hours, I will combine the shipping and either issue a refund or offer store credit for the excess shipping.

► If you would like your package insured or upgraded to USPS Priority Mail, please contact me before checking out.
I use USPS First Class Package International Mail to confirmed addresses only. If you would like your package registered and insured or upgraded to USPS Priority Mail International (or another mail carrier), contact me for pricing before making a purchase. Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery.
► International shipping and handling is my best estimate based on weight - if the actual postage/handling is significantly less than the amount invoiced, I will issue a refund.
All duties, fees and taxes of the host country are the responsibility of the Buyer. I list the purchase price of the items on all custom forms and mark the item as merchandise, not gifts.
